Voters in Mind

By using the Voters in Mind software you agree to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, another person, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the words "you" and "your" as used in this agreement shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you or such entity does not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use the Voters in Mind system.

The Voters in Mind system is the intellectual property of, and provided by Cananoa Inc. which retains all copyright rights to the Voters in Mind software.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you to Cananoa Inc. upon initial registration and when requested by Cananoa Inc.

You agree to maintain the security of the login credentials you are provided and ensure the login credentials created by you are distributed only to people authorized to use the Voters in Mind system on your behalf.

You are entirely responsible for the information and data you upload into and record in the system and may not be, to the best of your knowledge inaccurate, harmful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive or otherwise objectionable to Cananoa Inc.

You agree that you will not use the Voters in Mind system to transmit unsolicited email, or spam, or to facilitate unsolicited communications unless specifically authorized by a legitimate governing authority in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Voters in Mind system in such a way that violates any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use any data uploaded or entered into the system for commercial purposes, or for the purpose of gambling, stalking, making threats of harm.

You agree that Cananoa Inc. may access any and all data you enter or upload into the system for the purpose of maintenance of the system and the providing of technical support. You agree not to hold Cananoa Inc. liable for any security breach which may allow for the unauthorized access, theft or interception of any data from the database where your data is stored or while in transit on the internet.

Cananoa Inc. may add to, or limit the functionality of the Voters in Mind service at any time.

Cananoa Inc. may impose new limitations or adjust existing limitations of the Voters in Mind system. Such limitations will be indicated on the Plans page on this website and by informing current customers.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cananoa Inc., affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, licensors, suppliers, partners, employees and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your actions, your use of the Voters in Mind system.

Cananoa Inc. may provide to you via email, regular mail, or notices posted within the Voters in Mind system. Cananoa Inc. reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or terminate the Voters in Mind service (or any part thereof), and/or your use of or access to them with or without notice, reimbursing only the pro-rated amounts paid for, but not yet used.

Every effort will be made to ensure the Voters in Mind system is available and functioning at all time. Cananoa Inc. will not be held liable for any short term outage for any reason. A short term outage refers to an outage of one hour or less once a week. Cananoa Inc. will only be liable for longer outages which prevent the system from being used from anywhere on the internet on a pro-rated basis based on how much you are paying for the service. Cananoa Inc. may not be held liable or responsible for any additional damages incured due to a system outage of any length.

Cananoa Inc. will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services, or any loss of related data or information. Cananoa Inc. may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on this website.

Cananoa Inc. will not be liable for any loss or corruption of data, regardless of the reason.

Cananoa Inc. may change these terms of service at any time by posting such changes on this or any other page as deemed appropriate by Cananoa Inc. and in writting or by email to you.
